The staff at Family Matters do not feel like staff rather more like friends.  Everyone is treated like equals and they work like a team.  Very professional, yet on a casual down to earth level.  If there was ever an issue, it was dealt with class.  My children were treated wonderfully and enjoyed every minute we spent there.

Don’t change a thing!  I am only one parent but I can tell you that I am forever grateful for Family Matters and how it has benefited my family.

We just want to say thank you for everything you do for us!  Every day you all go out of your way for us and it is taken with a lot of thanks.  You are all great and my family and I could not function without your support!

Thank you very much for helping us out by supplying Grandma and Grandpa with toys for our 2 grandchildren.  They loved Tommy and Battleship, especially our 9 year old.

I think everything about Family Matters is really quite extraordinary.  It’s the model for how resource centres should be – that’s my opinion!

I had the opportunity to use the Breast Pump lending program and would like to say it is great to have that opportunity in your town.  It helped me with the demands of Breastfeeding and also in choosing a Breast pump.  I think this program could help a lot more new mothers!  If my family did not have the Family Matters Gang life would not be the same they are great to have in the community.

Before learning about and joining Family Matters, most of us felt we were very isolated, that there weren’t many young parents remaining in our area

[Family Resource Centres] are of great benefit to children and parents all over the province.  Our children need all the chances for betterment that [they] can get in order to become happy, healthy, adults who in turn will take their children to Family Resource Centre programs.

I really appreciate all the work you guys do for me and my family as well as all the families in Annapolis County.
